Public Academy bulletin · edition September 28, 2026
What the Academy offers—and what every catalog status means.
This bulletin is a public orientation to the Institute, its educational architecture, current enrollment controls, student protections, and private credentials. It is not a claim of state approval, accreditation, or unrestricted enrollment authority.
The public information area is open without sign-in. Enrollment and protected learning remain owner-approved while the Institute obtains a written North Carolina proprietary-school licensing or exemption determination. Catalog publication does not mean a course is available for unrestricted purchase.

“Available” describes the course record and learning package. It does not mean that public purchase or automatic enrollment is open. Every student account and every course assignment currently requires separate owner approval.

Education categories
Certificates and private credentials
A course certificate documents completion of the named educational offering. CBRP and CCRP are private Institute credentials with separate academic, practical, ethics, evidence, review, and owner-decision requirements. They are not healthcare licenses, academic degrees, government certifications, or permission to practice beyond applicable law.
Before any future paid enrollment
The learner must receive the course identity, total cost, schedule or access period, prerequisites, completion requirements, refund terms, complaint process, credential meaning, educational limitations, and all other applicable disclosures. Acceptance must be recorded before tuition is collected or access is activated.
