Privacy notice · effective September 28, 2026

Public browsing is separate from student records.

Anyone may view the public homepage, pathways, catalog, course descriptions, published white papers, and policies without signing in. Sign-in is required only for protected Academy functions.

Information associated with sign-in

When a person chooses the secure student or staff sign-in, the Academy may receive and retain the external authentication user identifier, email address, and available display or full name needed to match and protect the account. The Academy does not request or store the person’s ChatGPT password.

Academic and operational records

Depending on role and activity, records may include internal student ID, enrollment and status, course assignment, learning progress, assessment attempts and results, submitted evidence, evaluations, completion, certificates, credentials, audit history, and communications required to administer the Academy.

Purpose and access

Information is used to authenticate users, provide authorized learning, evaluate completion and competency, issue and verify records, protect academic integrity, respond to support or complaints, satisfy legal duties, and maintain security. Access is limited to the learner and authorized Institute personnel according to role and purpose.

Protected evidence

Professional submissions may contain sensitive academic evidence. Learners must remove unnecessary client, patient, or participant identifiers before upload. Protected files are not published with public course or white-paper content.

Service providers and disclosure

The Academy uses hosting, authentication, storage, and operational service providers to deliver the Site. Information may be disclosed when needed to operate those services, fulfill a learner’s request, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or comply with law. The Institute does not sell student records or treat them as a public mailing list.

Retention and correction

Records are retained for the period needed for academic administration, certificate and credential verification, auditability, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. A person may request access or correction through the Institute; some permanent credential history and required audit records cannot simply be erased.

Security and limits

The Academy uses access controls and protected storage, but no online system can promise absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, authentication tokens, unnecessary medical records, or secrets through course submissions.

Children and contact

The current professional Academy is intended for adults. A minor must not create or use a protected learning account unless the Institute has established a specific lawful program and consent process. Privacy questions or requests should be sent through the Institute’s published business contact channel.
