Education, access, and responsible use.
These terms apply to public use of IF-CR.com. A learner’s signed enrollment agreement and course-specific disclosures will control where they provide additional or more protective terms.
Educational purpose
Content is provided for education and research literacy. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Nothing on the Site directs a person to diagnose, prescribe, change medication, delay licensed care, or act outside a lawful scope of practice.
No regulatory or outcome promise
A listing, certificate, or private credential does not promise licensure, employment, earnings, academic transfer, insurance reimbursement, or a health outcome. ICR Academy does not award college degrees or represent that its courses carry college credit.
Public and protected areas
Public pages may be browsed without an account. Learning records, submissions, certificates, credentials, and administration require authorized sign-in. Users may not bypass access controls, impersonate another person, scrape protected content, probe security, or use credentials belonging to someone else.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless a resource states otherwise, Institute course text, assessments, graphics, forms, and downloads are protected materials. An authorized learner may use them personally for the enrolled educational purpose. Republishing, selling, distributing, building competing course materials from them, or sharing assessment banks and answers requires written permission.
Research and traditional knowledge
The Academy distinguishes established evidence, emerging research, theoretical models, historical or traditional knowledge, practitioner observation, and unsupported claims. Inclusion for critical study does not establish clinical efficacy or endorsement.
External links and files
External resources are provided for reference. Their availability, accuracy, privacy, accessibility, licensing, and security are controlled by their respective providers. Do not upload third-party confidential or copyrighted material unless authorized.
Changes and conflicts
The Institute may revise public policies prospectively and will identify the effective date. It will not use a website revision to remove a learner’s accrued statutory rights or silently replace an accepted enrollment agreement. Applicable law controls if a term conflicts with a nonwaivable requirement.
Governing location
The Institute is operated from North Carolina. These terms do not waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived and do not represent that every offering may lawfully be purchased or used in every jurisdiction.
