This page describes the information that a course-specific enrollment agreement must provide before a future paid enrollment is accepted. It is not itself an enrollment contract and does not open public enrollment.
The public information area is open without sign-in. Enrollment and protected learning remain owner-approved while the Institute obtains a written North Carolina proprietary-school licensing or exemption determination. Catalog publication does not mean a course is available for unrestricted purchase.
Read the student policies and disclosuresSigning in, requesting information, or receiving account approval does not enroll a person in any course.

Enrollment date, start date, expected duration, access period, completion deadline, interruption rules, and any scheduled activity.
Tuition, required fees, required materials, taxes where applicable, payment schedule, and items identified as nonrefundable only where lawful.
Age or education requirements, prerequisite courses or credentials, identity requirements, owner approval, and any suitability or scope review.
Learning items, attendance or participation method, exercises, assessments, passing score, critical-item rules, remediation, attempts, practical evidence, and completion gates.
The exact certificate or credential that may be earned, its separate approval requirements, and a clear statement of what it does not authorize.
The applicable cancellation period, withdrawal method, refund schedule and calculation, course-cancellation protection, and refund-processing method.
Conduct, integrity, accessibility, privacy, complaint and appeal procedures, school contact information, and any applicable external regulator route.
Future paid enrollment should create a dated record linking the learner, course edition, disclosed price and fees, applicable policies, enrollment agreement version, acceptance, payment or authorization reference, and owner approval. A later website change must not silently replace the accepted agreement.
CBRP, CCRP, and other professional education may require additional admissions review, ethics and scope agreements, practical evidence, competency evaluation, and final owner approval. Academic completion alone does not automatically issue a professional credential.
